On behalf of our client, the Bastion Experience team designed and executed a striking brand activation for the new Rouge Pur Couture lipstick from Yves Saint Laurent. 


Guided by inspiration from the YSL Global Team, the design was localised and built by MNR Constructions. A portion of the activation was showcased at the Mecca Leadership Conference in August and was then live in Highpoint Shopping Centre from the 23rd October to the 5th November.
The impactful activation showcased the Rouge Pur Couture lipstick range, with coloured detailing inspired by the new Rouge Pur Couture lipstick shades. The build also included a gold feature wall inspired by the shape of the lipstick itself. Consumers were invited to sample the Lash Clash Mascara range and Touche Eclat Concealer Pen, both iconic products in the YSL makeup collection.

The YSL team hosted a masterclass by National Makeup Artist, Bianca Downward, as well as hosting an engraving artist on site to personalise the lipsticks for consumers. The structure showcased the innovation, forward-thinking and disruptive nature of the YSL brand.
