Developing and implementing an always-on social media strategy.
Tip Top tasked us with creating and executing a social media strategy that demonstrated its brand purpose to “make Tip Top the most optimistic business in New Zealand”. Our objectives were to distinguish the brand on social media, foster brand loyalty and advocacy, increase engagement and grow its social following.
The strategy guided the content, tone of voice and community management. The strategy utilised a hero-hub-hygiene approach, which included:
• Hero campaigns
• Interactive hub content, concepted and produced by our team
• Regular hygiene content featuring a mix of products and topical content
The content brought optimism to their community through Tip Top’s social media channels and within two years, tripled the brand’s social following.
